PLASTFOIL® is on the roof of Jeep dealership

This year the Jeep brand celebrates its 75th anniversary. The first four-wheel-drive Jeep truck with a quarter-ton loading capacity and open body type was created for the US Army. After the end of World War II it was decided to adapt the military vehicle for civilian purposes. Today Jeep is a part of the concern FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) which is the seventh largest car manufacturer in the world. The company has representative offices in 40 countries and sells its cars in 150 markets The new Jeep dealership was built in Zlin, Czech Republic. PLASTFOIL^® waterproofing membrane was applied for the roof of this building. PLASTFOIL^® ECO material 1,5 mm reinforced with a synthetic mesh which has a high tensile strength was used for this roofing. The modern waterproofing material PLASTFOIL^® has increased resistance to environmental factors: wind, UV radiation, low and high temperatures. Installation of the roofing materials was performed with mechanical fastening, without the use of gas bottles and open flame, which fully meets the requirements for the increased safety during roofing. The reliability and durability of PLASTFOIL^® material is confirmed by the certification of the Technical and Testing and Construction Institute of Prague, as well as tests successfully passed in the European laboratories.
