PLASTFOIL® for a country club

Waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® ECO is applied for the reconstruction of the former recreation center in Estonia. In a picturesque area of Narva, by the seaside, a recreation center for the party leaders of the Soviet Baltic states was constructed in Soviet times. Now this building is under reconstruction and soon there will be a modern country club called “Villa Minister”. Therefore, it is not surprising that Estonian constructors chose the three-layer waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® ECO of 1.2 mm in thickness, which was applied to reconstruct the flat roof of the “Villa Minister” country club. The optimal size of the rolls (width - 2 meters, length - 25 meters) can reduce loading and unloading operations, and directly in the course of installation - significantly reduce the number of weld seams which are always the most probable places of occurrence of leaks. Therewith the installation is performed without the use of open fire, which increases the fire safety of construction.
