Russian roofing for the residential complex in Ukraine

Residential complex «Poznyaki» is a new settlement of Kyiv, unified by a common architectural concept. The residential complex consists of six 25-storey buildings. Each residential unit has an underground parking and a children's playground. There are plans to arrange commercial premises: shops, bank branches, cafes and restaurants on the first floors of the buildings. Residential complex "Poznyaki" is being constructed next to a picturesque park and the lake Solnechnoe. Buildings of this complex are constructed according to cast-in-place concrete frame technology applying modern building materials. Reliable waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® ECO of 1.5 mm was applied for an installation of flat roofs of the complex buildings. The flexible and elastic material is reinforced with a synthetic mesh which gives it high tensile strength, resistance to physical and mechanical stresses. Fast and comfortable installation of the waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® was performed by mechanical fastening in a single layer without the use of open flame and gas cylinders. PLASTFOIL® material is easy to roll out, it also can be installed even at low temperatures. Rolls of the waterproofing material PLASTFOIL® have a large area - the width is 2.1 m, the length is 20 m. Due to the material dimensions the number of welded seams - the main places of leakages - is significantly reduced. The weight of PLASTFOIL® is lighter in 3-4 times the weight of the bitumen materials, which helps to reduce the load on the whole roofing structure. Waterproofing material PLASTFOIL® has a high resistance to environmental factors: wind, UV radiation, low and high temperatures. Special additives in PLASTFOIL® protect the surface of the waterproofing coating from the appearance of mold and fungal formations. Reliable and durable waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® is an effective and optimal solution for the construction of roofs under construction.
