PLASTFOIL® for private developers in Poland

Arrangement of terraces is quite widespread during the cottages construction in many European cities. It is a universal, practical and nice place to organize an outdoor recreation. Terrace connects the living space and with the surrounding landscape. The houses of the cottage estate located near the Polish city of Gdansk are no exception - they were built in the traditions of Europe with the arrangement of the outdoor terraces. Multi-sided terraces bordering to the cottages envelope part of the building, the area of each is from 10 to 50 square meters. The terraces are performed in a contemporary style: simple clean decorative elements, simplicity and functionality in all ways. For their installation it was applied the high-strength waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® ECO 1,5 mm. The material PLASTFOIL® has optimal technical characteristics. It is resistant not only to mechanical influences, but also to natural factors: ultraviolet radiation, frost, wind and temperature changes. Due to the special additives in the top layer the waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® does not heat up from UV rays. Safe, fire-free installation of the PLASTFOIL® membrane is performed mechanically. Due to its lightweight the waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® is convenient to work with, it can be comfortably installed also in places of junctions. Biostable material PLASTFOIL® is not oxidized and is not an environment for the mold and fungi development. The modern waterproofing membrane PLASTFOIL® reduces the impact of the environmental factors and significantly increases the service life of terraces. Currently in the first house waterproofing works are already completed. The process of installation of the membrane PLASTFOIL® ECO continues in other cottages.
