Bioresistant material PLASTFOIL® is not a nutrient medium for fungi and microorganisms. Unlike bitumen waterproofing materials which has to be repaired every 5-6 years PLASTFOIL® has a 30-year service life. An extensive application of the high-quality waterproofing material PLASTFOIL® on many residential properties confirms that it effectively copes with the assigned tasks due to its excellent properties. This is a durable and reliable concept for roofs of residential buildings.
