New shopping center in Krakow: construction as per schedule

The construction of new shopping center, located at Grażyny 4, reached the completion phase. The opening of the shopping and entertainment center with area of 3.5 thousands sq. meters is planned for the second half of 2017.

The new shopping center is a two-storied building intended for comfortable shopping. Over the area of 3.5 thousand square meters 11 retail stores, pharmacy and fast food zone will be located. In the basement there is a parking lot designed for 50 cars. The architectural concept of the building was developed by the design bureau "B2 studio", the general contractor for construction works is the company Skanska. Despite the recent unfavorable winter conditions, we are successfully implementing the planned construction schedule. The opening is planned for the fall of 2017, - says Peter Vochzansky, representative of the investor. The confidence of the investor is supported by the application on the construction site the best building materials which will not fail at the most crucial moment. One of such materials approved on the Polish market is the reliable waterproofing PLASTFOIL® which is installed on the roof of the shopping center. The contractor for roof waterproofing, SBP Kraków Spółka z o.o, having a great experience in working with large Polish installations, has successfully completed the installation of the PLASTFOIL® membrane. An obvious advantage of the facility is that it is located just 3 km from the center of Krakow. At the same time, lease agreements have already signed for all rentable areas.
